Co-founder and president of VISAO Solutions, Don Sullivan has been involved in media development since a young age. He received a Bachelors degree in Orlando Florida and has since worked for major industry players such as ESPN, and Solborne Corp. Don’s media experience has led him into the new, constantly evolving field of online marketing.
With technology becoming less and less expensive, there has been an explosion of freelancing professionals. Don began as one of these freelancers but quickly began to realize the weakness of being a one man show. This has led Don, along with his business partner Jon, to put together a highly skilled team all working together under one brand. VISAO Solutions.

Jonathan Gregg is one of the co-founders of VISAO Solutions. Practicing graphic design from a young age, he has won several achivement awards for his outstanding work in the video production & visual design fields. In 2008 he received the prestigious LEO Award for outstanding video production. More recently Jonathan has held management positions in the online marketing and design field.
Jonathan is an avid and enthusiastic designer. Constantly studying and tinkering with new design techniques, Jonathan’s design methods are always evolving. As Vice President of VISAO Solutions, Jon prides himself in his ability to translate our clients’ ideas into great designs. Client satisfaction is his number one goal. A goal that has been met time after time.
HE “GETS THE PICTURE”
Justin Marra is a videographer by career and a filmmaker by hobby. A graduate of Fitchburg State University’s Film/Video program, he has produced many large productions including an independant film, “Visionary.” Justin has also worked for several large firms, including Sturm, Ruger & Co, and Hill Holiday, a major advertising firm in Boston, MA.
Justin not only brings a large amount of
expertise to the table, but he is also one of the most enthusastic and jovial members of our team.
MR. WIZARD
Chuck Hoffman is the ultimiate family man, as well as VISAO’s expert web developer. Chuck takes great pride in his finished product and will go through great lengths to ensure the clients vision is realized.
Through years of previous developing/programming experience, he has spent much time working with many different types of projects from e-commerce to contest pages. Chuck is an expert in CMS such as Joomla and WordPress and works with programming languages such as PHP, JAVA, CSS, XHTML/HTML, etc.
ZOOT SUIT RIOT
Christopher Murphy is a market analyst, and a stand up comedian and has a very different approach to customer satisfaction. He has been in the business for over seven years, and in that time has developed a more personalized approach to serving his customers.
By treating clients as friends instead of like customers he has found a way to bring the sales process closer to the heart of what VISAO believes in by always keeping everyone in the loop.
