The entire process from start to finish.

STEP 1: Figure out what your goals are.

Browse our website, do some Google searching, and figure out what your goals are. Making more money is a good start, but begin thinking about HOW to make more money. Does your business benefit from repeat business like a dentist’s office? Or do you sell hot tubs and are looking to create a video library of all of your products and services? Whatever the case, have some goals and ideas going in

STEP 2: Have a Discovery Meeting.

Our first step will be a no-pressure, non-sales meeting. We will discuss your goals and budget and provide you with information and personalized statistics to help facilitate your decisions. Return on Investment (ROI) statistics are very important to consider before starting a program. We will provide you with detailed projections based on traffic and sales conversion statistics, as well as a list of suggested keywords.

STEP 3: Pick a plan and STICK WITH IT.

After putting together your program and deciding to move forward with updating your website, creating search value, or beginning a social media community, it is very important that you COMMIT to your decision. Each step in the program takes time to see results. Search Engine Optimization can take up to SIX MONTHS to see the final result of an initiative. If you start, stop, and start again, you are only hurting your rankings, and wasting your budget. Google needs to see consistency in your content and distribution methods to consider you a “reliable” source of information and thereby rank you at the top.

STEP 4: Week 1 – The Kick-Off Meeting.

The kick-off is what we feel is the most important step of the process. This is the meeting in which you can “spill your guts.” Tell us all of your ideas. We will have a team of experts at the meeting to assist you in planning your strategy and milestones. We will go over your web design plan, discuss revisions of your existing site, and go over keywords and ROI research. This will be another great opportunity to ask any questions or input your ideas before the ball starts rolling.

STEP 5: Week 2 – Web Design 1st Draft and Evaluation.

Before any videos can be posted or SEO can begin, your site needs to either be built, or revised. This is a critical process that requires you to be heavily engaged. We will submit the revisions or draft to you but can only move forward after your approval. Once the design has been approved, the development can begin.

STEP 6: Week 3 – Video Pre-Production.

The next step is to start prepping the video content to be integrated onto your site. We will bring example videos to the kick-off meeting and help you to decide the best style and content for your business. During this meeting your video topics will be generated and we will discuss script content. We will look to your experience when writing your content as we are not experts in your field, and we don’t assume to be. We will ask for your assistance and experience in pinpointing key problems or issues that your customers may have, these keys points usually translate into video topics.

STEP 7: Week 4 – On-Page SEO Begins.

With the website underway we can begin optimizing your web content. We will either take your existing content or write entirely new copy. Whatever the case, this is the step in which we begin embedding keywords and creating internal link structures. The text will then go through an approval and revision process. Once the website is developed, this content will be added and fully optimized.

STEP 8: Week 5 – Video Production.

With the cogs turning, its Lights! Camera! Action! VISAO Solutions comes from a strong background in video production and utilizes only the most up-to-date equipment. We come fully equipped to capture your business in full Blu-Ray quality. We use high-end audio gear as well as a fully equipped lighting suite, including green screen capabilities. Shoots can take as little as two hours or up to eight hours. This production that takes place in Week five may be only the first of many production days, depending on your program. With each project, a custom schedule is produced.

STEP 9: Week 6 – Social Media Optimization.

Your keywords have been finalized and your website is well underway, building an outlet for community growth is next. At this point, we create your Social Media profiles and pages. These pages will all be optimized using similar techniques as on your website. Your keywords will be used to give the search engines more relevant content to index and rank, ideally creating additional links on Google. We will sit down with you and your team to show you the ropes of each social media engine, as well as provide written “cheat sheets.”

STEP 10: Week 7 – Social Media Marketing Begins.

With your Social Media pages created and optimized, it’s time to start posting! Depending on your program, we’ll begin researching and posting on your pages. Facebook ads may be set-up to generate a fan base and from there discounts and social media exclusive promotions may be created and distributed. We have the ability to take care of every aspect of your promotions, from service to reward distribution. Social Media Marketing (SMM) is especially useful when informing your customers of service changes, or to earn repeat business. News of new or hot products and services can now be distributed in seconds.

STEP 11: Week 7 – Video Post-Production.

Your videos have been edited and this is the revision process. We will send you the videos in a low resolution file to review and provide feedback, which will be used to create the finalized versions of your videos.

STEP 12: Week 8 – Website goes LIVE!

Your new website will be launched for all of the world to see. Your content will be applied and your videos posted. Using your social media networks, your friends and fans will be informed of the new website. This will also be the time of your first blog post.

STEP 13: Week 8 – Video Integration and Optimization.

Your completed videos will now be integrated into a High Definition video player on your website. The videos will then be optimized and distributed to top video blogging websites (such as youtube) with over 25 distributions each! With this content properly optimized, you can expect your videos to rank right alongside your website on the search engines.

STEP 14: Week 9 – Off-Page SEO Begins.

At this point we are beginning the third month of your program. Your website has either been re-designed, or newly developed and it is now LIVE. Depending on your program, off-page SEO can begin in a few different ways. This will always be some variety of link building but can extend to include article or blog distribution. Your video channels and blogs will also be used to create these external backlinks. The goal is to create a consistent “content faucet” in which Google will come back to your website for more information on a regular basis.

STEP 15: Week 12 – Interim Meeting.

Once your project is fully off of the ground and all the gears are spinning, we will sit down and discuss your current status. This is a great time to go over any results we may have already seen in the first 3 months. We will provide a “progress report” document outlining completion dates, current results, and project time lines. This is the point when we discuss the next steps as well as being a good time to voice any questions or clarify anything you may be confused or unsatisfied about.

STEP 16: Week 24 – 6 Month ROI Evaluation & Meeting.

At 6 months everything really comes together and we can now begin seeing very dynamic results. Your new website has been live and your SEO campaign is now in full swing. Your videos have been produced, optimized and distributed. Social media marketing and promotions are fully engaged. Now it’s time for a Report Card. We will set up a face to face meeting with you and your team to discuss the current status and results. If your site was live before you came to work with us, your SEO will have had several months to begin moving up in the index. If we have designed your site from scratch, then your SEO is at about 4 months. At this point, you will be able to see some minor results.

STEP 17: Week 24 – Scale up or down SEO Program.

At this point, you may decide that you would like to start targeting different keywords or a broader region. After you begin seeing results the cash flow can potentially begin very quickly. At this time it might suit your business to raise its budget for SEO. Alternatively, if you decide to reallocate your budget to another strategy, your SEO campaign can be downsized. This can allow for more videos to be made, or events to be promoted. Allow approximately 6-9 months of consistent SEO before coming to any major conclusions, however. It does take time to see the full extent of the program. The option to scale up or down is available at any time, but we put it at STEP 17 because there is really no point to even begin a program if you decide to change it every other month.

STEP 18: Week 36 – 9 Month ROI and Video Evaluation.

At the 9 month mark, we will have another large meeting. This time we’ll have a full strategy evaluation and you will be able to see a clear picture as to the results and analytics concerning your program. We will supply detailed graphs and statistics showing you what you have gained with each program such as traffic gains and losses. At this meeting we also begin discussions on the next phase, and what to adjust for the upcoming year.

STEP 19: End-of-Year 1 – 12 Month ROI Evaluation & Meeting.

For some programs, this will be the wrap-up meeting. Return on Investment will be evaluated and relative success will be determined. Also at this meeting the projections for the next three years will be presented, as well as sets of plans for the next program.

STEP 20: Renew Contract.

The time has come to decide what’s next. After conquering the local market, it may be time to start thinking nationally. Now that you have built a video library, perhaps the video budget should be allocated to social media and allow for more promotions over the year. At this time the new contract is signed for another year, up to a 5 year program.
